Week 9: Sandbank, White Blossoms, Grapes on Trunks
Welcome to Cheung Farm, a weekly share of our inspirations and discoveries from our household.
As we seek to find the right rhythm in life, The Cheung Farm share has become biweekly for the time being, before oscillating back to its original cadence.
The afternoon walks have continued to extend into variations along mountains and riversides as the city begins to ease from protocols of self-isolation. Purple People discovers grape trees all along the four beast mountains, and explores its suggestive Brazilian origins. Pyrodog snaps a picture of his blossoming of white roselle on the roof garden. Over the weekend the rents also visit Taipei’s sandbank shaped by the confluence of tamsui and keelung river. Harbin captures scenes of industrial painting, chained house dogs and forgotten records in the crevices of the neighborhood.
