Welcome to Cheung Farm, a weekly share of our inspirations and discoveries from our household.

Another delicious dinner of complementary colors prepared by Jinnaart with triangular tofu, home-made meat balls, and sweet cabbage to make up the centerpiece. Harbin’s ongoing quest to perfecting the formula of cooking lobsters has led to many joyful moments of aquatic sumptuousnesses dipped in melted butter and garlic sauce. Such extravagance is prepared after a cruise along the back hills, during which Pyrodog encounters a friendly husky in the red hot summer heat, his beady eyes steaming with the look of frost etched in his ancestry. On the next day, the family garden harvests a calligraphic aubergine and 1 kg of peppers, green and robust, plucked before they dry into the next phase of mature, spicy red.
